Free Shipping

Shipping is FREE for orders of $250 or more shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders of $400 or more shipped Federal Express ground to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped FREE. Orders under $250 are charged the published rate plus a handling fee of $3.50.

No Minimum Order

There is no minimum dollar amount or quantity required to place an order from Aura Cacia®.

- Net 30-day terms available upon approval (see Customer Application Form)
- COD shipments with $9.00 surcharge
- Prepaid orders must include shipping costs (published rates) and a $3.50 handling fee.

Easy Return Policies

We’re dedicated to providing you with exceptional quality products and service. In the unlikely event of problems with your order, we will work with you to quickly and satisfactorily correct the situation according to the return policies outlined below. To make sure your returns are processed quickly and accurately, we ask that you contact us at 1-800-669-3275 before shipping any returns.

- Aura Cacia® accepts returns within 60 days of the invoice date.
- Please contact us for pre-approval on requests for replacement merchandise or credits prior to returning product to us.
- In order to receive full credit, all returns must be in saleable condition and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. A full credit will be granted only if the goods are returned in clean, resalable, original condition as shipped.
- Freight and handling charges on returns of mistakenly ordered goods will be the responsibility of the customer.
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify both Frontier and the carrier immediately, keeping the package for inspection.
